New Vacancy: Customer Sales Advisor

Our business has significant potential for continued growth and the Customer Sales Advisor role will be a key role in supporting the requirements for both new and existing customers.

The Customer Sales Advisor role will be office based at our facility in Cannock, Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day to day customer enquiries, quotations, and renewals including following ups on a regular basis to provide support to the customer in their decision-making process.
  • Supporting and advising customers on products and services offered by the company such as Engineering Inspection and Training Services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Attending any internal and external events as required by the company to assist in the fulfilment of the responsibilities above.
  • Working with both the Technical and Operational teams to ensure that sales are fulfilled in line with customer expectations.
  • Engagement with customers through the website via live chat functionality.
  • Communicate with new and existing customers to promote the brand image, reputation, and awareness of all products and services which the company provides.
  • Working closely with the marketing department to identify opportunities to increase brand and product awareness.
  • Attend essential sales meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services and products
  • Keeping customers updated with relevant product and service information
  • Ensuring that the operational teams have sufficient information handed over to ensure that customers needs are fulfilled in line with the agreed scope of work and expectations.
  • Supporting ongoing improvements within the department and ensure that company processes, procedures, and standards are always maintained
  • Working closely with the management team to ensure that SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved
  • Carry out administrative duties in line with company processes and procedures.
  • Any other duties as required by management

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in working with customers and delivering excellent customer care
  • Experience in dealing with inbound/ outbound sales
  • Relevant qualifications such as GCSE’s, AS/A Levels, or a Degree
  • Experience within a similar role and industry is desired, but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety, lifting, plant, or access equipment is desired, but not essential

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full time – Permanent
  • Competitive Salary (£30,000 plus a performance based bonus scheme).
